Book early
Villas that sleep ten or more are relatively rare, and the best book well ahead, especially for school holidays. Agree dates and a budget per person early, then start shortlisting.
Make the sleeping arrangements clear
Share the floorplan or bedroom list with the group before booking, so couples, families and friends all know where they'll be. En-suite rooms and a spread of bathrooms make a big difference.
Plan the shared moments
A big outdoor dining table, a barbecue and plenty of loungers turn a big villa into a home for the week. Consider a welcome shop or a private chef for the first night so everyone can settle in.
